An enhancement of Winpopup that works in both Windows 95 and Windows NT. It will work in a LAN aswell as over an intranet or the internet. It is a 32-bit multithreaded program, it uses the new user interface, including the system tray if availible. It will let you browse the network for recipients. Theuser interface is highly configurable.
